Since we do seem to have problems with the missions, I want all of your suggestions how we should do it, and let it go from there.
I suggest in order to keep the missions going, we have one mission that starts on mondays and ends on fridays, and one that starts on fridays and ends on sundays, on the week, you may only post 10 posts a day, on the weekends you may post unlimited.

That could be a good idea but I have no internet access on weekdays, except little time of Thursday and Friday

This may work out well. I had a little doubt about the 5 post thing concerning weekends. (though I never really seem to have said anything about it.) Anyway, MY availability in missions and being online in general, it TOTALLY sporadic. -_- So don't be suprised when I engage in a mission and suddenly dissappear.

We could just inform the rule that you must wait out your companions / enemies to fight, so you post in a certain order. This way everyone would feel better about it. Yes, it would be less posts, but everyone would be able to come and join.

That could cause total chaos, if someone is needed to post, yet that person doesn't post for a long while... Well, I can't really imagine people appreciating that...

how about a limited time span the person is allowed to reply, if he doesn't reply in the given time, the others will continue... How does that sound?

How does that sound? sounds like a good idea, a time limit of a 24 hours period, if the person does not reply during that time, what ever action that were to that person, either failed or hit him/her.

So the RPG would become turn-based? Sounds good to me.
If it will, however, become 10 posts a day, it would be a little troublesome. Let´s do the math here. 3 people online. 10 posts for each one of them. That´s 30 posts, and it´s a heck of a lot for one day. I mean, some of us get on the comp once, maybe twice a day, and some, not at all. Reading 30 posts just to stay up-to-date isn´t fun for anyone.
Now, for the way I see it, either we slow it down even more (1 post a day), or go with this turn-based system. I prefer the latter, as a single post a day would be damn slow. I´d have more fun watching granny-racing.

We need to develop a list then to see who needs to reply when. We would also need to see who will participate in the mission before actually beginning the mission too if we are planning a turn-based system...
